Step away from the egg nog

Don’t believe in God eh?

Image result for eggnog

Don’t think there is a Creator eh?

You think that male and female was a cosmic accident eh?

You think tables create themselves without a carpenter eh?

You think an oak tree started growing from a pile of goo eh?

You think whales appeared in the oceans as an afterthought eh?

You think the stars were sprinkled arbitrarily eh?

You think that death was merely coincidental eh?

You think that monkeys can juggle 6 balls eh?

You think that the honey bee is a mere product of serendipity eh?

Well then, may I in my most polite voice just say, ‘your judgment is impaired, and you should not drive an auto while being so inebriated.’

But happy holidays anyway, and get a designated driver.

  1. I still love my egg nog—eggs—from the chicken that God so wondrously created—a bird who gives us mortals so very much—from the drumstick to the nog—from the matzo ball soup to the chicken salad….amazing really—as is all of His creation—joy from this created being to one and all!!!
    Hugs CS

I’m a homemade eggnog fan myself. Lots of fresh eggs, cream, sugar and nutmeg. A touch of brandy is good too. Merry Christmas, friend.

Oh yeah got it. Under the ‘D’ file, for discernment.

Sorry. Not interested in that train-wreck.

I’m truly sorry, CS, that you’re so fearful of any point of view other than your own. I’ve noticed an interesting web phenomenon – of all of the theist websites I have known, the vast majority of them have moderation firmly in place. Of all the atheist sites, comments are freely exchanged, without need of censorship. To me, that says a lot about strength of character. If you ever acquire any, CS, you could learn from the latter.

Ok arch, listen to my polite voice………….

To borrow from your friend, maybe if something was ‘new, original, or useful,………..’ instead of borrowed, vulgar, or insulting toward the Lord Christ and His word………….

But I make no apology as discernment is a wonderful tool.

          Consider it a heart-warming Christmas…Winter solstice … gift πŸ™‚

Resolve to disagree in a respectful manner… and I’m sure you’ll see all your comments.
Imagine if you visit a site and guests are constantly insulting, mocking, the host’s spouse and the host did nothing about it… I’m sure you’d think they didn’t have a high regard for their beloved.

[aside: I’ve seen ark ask a few really good questions, and the responses were disappointing… if he had a better attitude towards guests, I’m sure he would have gotten meaningful answer… but what’s the point, when someone asks a question but is clearly not interested in any meaningful response or even a respectful dialogue]

Thank you, and may the Most High continue to pour his favour upon you, your husband, your family, and of course, your readers, both new and old.
