The word wide web

Sooooo, the common spider who spins a web to snag his daily bread, how long did it take him to read the instructions for constructing such a masterpiece?

Surely the little fella would starve to death before he could figure out how to utilize a design so intricate as a web, which brings into play angles, weight, orientation, time of day, cover, and just about all around ingenuity.

Hmm, quite the dilemma for some. Was the wiring to build innate before his birth? Did he learn it while in the womb of his mother? Was it taught to him by his father out in the shop? Did he copy the design from a neighboring spider, and say, ‘I can do that?’ Strange then eh, how a spider ten thousand miles apart, while not able to communicate with his kin, and while never meeting, would build an identical web.

The spider’s web destroys the idea of life apart from the Creator. The web is an act of intelligence, and all across the world, the marvel of the spun web speaks to the Creator and His provisions for all creatures, great and small.

The spider and the king’s palace! Ha, no stopping these formidable guys. It has been said that any where on earth, a spider is no more than 25 ft from you.  Yep, the reasons abound for the Creators thumbprint. But that darn web. The structure of the universe can be seen in that webbed wonder of the world, and notably, the Giza pyramids don’t have as much glory.

Pity is a word which comes to mind when I think of a person who will not allow the intelligence of a God above all in a world which screams ‘Creator.’  It would be rather convenient for the night bat to make a web, to save all that energy flying about……..seeking bugs that can easily be snagged in a web, but nope, he can’t do it. Wait, he has sonar! yep, he dreamed that up on his own too, before he learned to fly, before he knew what flying was…Yeah uh huh, sure. Pity is a word which comes to mind.

And to those of you who cry ‘fowl’ at the ostrich who walks away when laying her eggs…that’s right, the Creator deprived her of wisdom. Now consider the robin who in fact sits with her egg, then keeps the little one, then feeds her, not by snaring a worm in the web, nope, but another kind of work, searching the ground. In all labor there is profit.

People cry for ‘proof’ of the Creator, and truth be told, they do not want proof. The proof is called life. Period.  Insects, animals, fish, birds, the conscience, nature, scripture, blood, birth, death, water, oil, fruit, flowers, and of course humanity, take your pick, the hand of God is everywhere.  Don’t believe it?

If life is not enough proof…..tis a pity, for the www is a killer for unbelief.

  1. Well said! Some of us girls were speaking of sea shells the other day, the tiny ones that are absolutely perfect and contain a spiral. Proof of God right there. Kind of interesting how innate the recognition of those spirals is, because we all see them reflected out in nature everywhere, sea shells, spider webs, flowers, and there is actually math behind them, predictability and order within a world that often appears chaotic and unstructured.

We seriously have to defend the existence of God? No ms bytes, we do not.

Too much, this is how far we as humans have fallen. And to think that apes taught people how to tie their shoes…. Sheesh.

But that web. That engineering marvel! Yeah, like ‘design’ is accidental. Sure, like a tornado races through a junkyard and out pops a Boeing 747. This is the mind numbing reasoning of godlessness.

That tiny shell contains the Fibonacci sequence, which is mind boggling. But have you heard of the Mandelbrot Set? Fractals?

This video is godless, and I have to wonder how they can’t see Him, but I know in my heart they don’t want to.

Sage, when ib22 mentioned the spirals, I immediately remembered her vid some time ago the Fib.sequence, and loved that, so tks for this.

Btw, an unbeliever, skeptic, fool, atheist, you name it KNOWS there is a God, and it is the height of dopery to think that design is the result of a rock which grew a brain, then moved itself, then bumped into another rock, which split open and grew an eye, having no clue what vision was, ….no wait, which grew a heart……..no wait…….which grew a nose………no wait, which ate something………..no wait, which was fed something………..as I said: Dopery.

The simple web sings the tune of the heavens, and I’m guessing your vid here will agree, but we know God causes the wrath of man to praise Him..

Amen, brother. They DO know – every last one of them. They choose not to acknowledge Him. To me, as a child growing being presented with evolution, my logic refused to accept it – resulting in the mocking and ridicule by everyone, including my family.

As you say – dopery. It is so obvious that we can rightly call them fools, as the Word says. I hope you enjoy the video. I certainly did, though I am fascinated by mathematics, it is presented in true NOVA fashion and can be enjoyed by math haters.

If you watch the Genesis Science Network at all, genius astrophysicist – Jason Lisle regularly holds forth on such things as the Mandelbrot Set, and such things as logical refutation of atheism. I love that of course! I think you might too. You can live stream GSN on your computer, or watch the a streaming device such as a ROKU like I do.

And right on cue, we have someone challenging the incomparable design of the web……..and He who gave the blueprint.

Why don’t YOU try to design, plan, organize, direct, and control the spinning of a web? Surely your superior intellect would put to shame that of such a lowly insect. Or perhaps you could construct a bird’s nest? A thousand comments from you denying the God of nature and all creation, does not give your argument one ounce of credibility, so please do not waste your time.

No arch, if your ‘evolution’ was spot on, then the SPARROW would be spinning the web, and the SPIDER would live the life of Riley in the nest.

As it is, the spider does today what it was created to do, and the nest? Well, hard to improve upon that which is perfect. You will lose to the Creator every single time.

In your fantasy world, perhaps, but in the real world, the spider evolved to spin webs while the sparrow, to build nests.

[sarcasm alert] You see, ColorStorm, a long time ago an early form of spider learned how to make one sticky thread and managed to capture a small fly on it. Every few thousand years a spider hatched with a new combination of DNA which enabled it to add a small improvement to the original design. The intricate webs of today’s spiders are the results of endless trial-and-error with the loser spiders starving to death and the innovative spiders catching all the flies, then passing on their newly-acquired knowledge to the next generation of spiders. [end sarcasm] Oops–someone beat me to the joke. J.

apparently the spiders did not get the memo that said they were supposed to ‘evolve’ from web making to computer programming……..

thus your ‘theory’ of godlessness is exposed for the fraud that it is.

So yes, it takes God to know ALL, which of course He does. And btw, you could not construct such a web in a thousand lifetimes.

Prove to me there is this thing called a year, or will you and your friends rely on the knowledge and ‘genius’ of your ape ancestors………..who also taught you how to tie your shoes………to agree as to this thing called time…

And which of your ‘evolving’ heroes as much as named this thing called ‘day.’
