More mayhem from the religion of peace.

France under siege again. The vile taking of innocent life is on full display again, by a truck….NO, it was somebody vicious who USED a truck to ply his evil craft.

The title is certainly appropo. (written January last year, but identical in purpose)

The Lions Den

By now you have heard of the terror in Paris as the disciples of ‘the religion of peace’ slaughtered innocent people as they shouted, ahem, ‘allahoo ackbar,’ (intentional)

And WHY such carnage? The alleged prophet was insulted in a newspaper.  I have seen insults on blog sites regarding the true God (oh yeah, even mine) that would curl a bald mans hair, and what is done in return? Nothing.

To those of you who say there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE between the ‘religions’ of the world, when was the last time a Jewish person went on a killing spree with a machete shouting: ‘may you be damned in the name of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob’s God?’

When was the last time you saw a Christian lopping off somebody’s head, or machine gunning  people ‘in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ?’

If a Jew or Christian WAS to do such a…

…………and where it stops, nobody knows……

Well J, that sounds clever, but it is not true. God knows, and He was kind enough to let us know that ‘evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse,’ so we would not be surprised and that our faith may not be tainted.

The treachery of the human heart is on full display, and the true God stands blameless.

      • not trying to be clever CS–just the tired observation of the world of man—and its endless ride on the Merry Go Round of denial.
Yes, the God of both Heaven and Earth, sees and knows as He has already set the course…as we the faithful continue to the fight the fight…

Ha jewels, I was ‘trying to be clever’ with the spinning wheel thing, that was a song I think.

I know what you mean, but yep, all we can do is stay the course. And how God’s word explains it all.

        • wasn’t that willy goes round in circles? or was that spinning wheel? So many songs about circles and spinning!!!–might be telling of our lives 🙂

  3. Sad, isn’t it? Sad we can say the same things all over again. So much for progress, so much for “evolving.”

It’s tough, we need to name this evil for what it is, but we seem to be living in a culture where there are no bad people, just “good” people who didn’t get enough job training or something. It’s insane.

I don’t understand God’s plan. The Bible tells us He has one. Obviously, His Son paid the price for our sins, but I still have lots of questions. They mostly boil down to one. Why is the world such a mess?

The wise suggest that some of us must be brought very low before we will look up to Him.

It seems that God allows us to make pits out of our lives. He let’s us dig and dig looking for fools gold. He let’s us strain the muck. He let’s us shatter ourselves against granite. He let’s us sacrifice part of our soul each day to the false belief we can make our self happy. Apparently, He knows that only when we have nothing left to give will some of us turn to Jesus Christ and to Him.

Therefore, it seems to me that when the world looks darkest, when our non-Christian brothers and sisters are most diligently hammering and shoveling downward in their self-made hells, the best we can do is let the light of our Lord shine through each of us. Hopefully, some of the lost will look up and see Him.

True, and the thought occurred to me that when we write something, it is pretty much plug and play when the next sideshow appears. This post could have been written this morning, and with equal relevance, even though the players are different, it’s the same cast of devils.

But ‘job training?’ Ha good one, that’s a popular idea by the narrow minded.

What bothers me is that children were injured and children were killed. There is someone who came out saying that he wasn’t a muslim , well why did people then hear him shout allahu akbar while he was slamming into people? Why are people so stupid to defend this rotten islamic religion who keeps on bringing trouble and death to everyone it comes in contact with? I want to see more atheists rise up and condemn this islam because it’s mostly jews and christians who do that. I want to see more so called moderate muslims say something about this too. I am sure as never before than we may need new crusades soon.

Wow ColorStorm, it is incredibly sad and more than a little angering that your post from last year could have been written several times over the ensuing 12 months with just a few changes on names and places. I agree with Ana above, why are so many content to be willfully blind over the evils of radical Islam? Are we that guilt ridden and suicidal ? I sure am not, same with plenty others here, but so much of the Western world seems willing to die at the hands of brutal tyrants rather than speak the truth and risk offending someone.

‘Are we guilt ridden and suicidal?’

Uh, nope, our God does not command us to blow up perfectly good plum trees. Or to kill ourselves to get His favour.

It makes your blood boil trish to even think of these things, yet recognize that they happen. God’s word is the remedy, not the words of the isms, schisms, and cults, but the words of the living God, whose proof is in the morning songbird who announces the day. THIS God, the God of life.

And this is-lam killing crap is nothing but a sad song with screeching notes.

It does make my blood boil CS and you are so right about God being the answer to the isms, schisms and whatever else brings oppression or makes people think it does but in reality it is their own heart that needs changing.
