The sun tells the truth

Clive Staples, aka Jack Lewis, in one of his most memorable quotes said this, which reveals a depth of appreciation for nature, God, the person and worth of Christ, and scripture. And I would just like to add, it is most certainly true.

CS Lewis quote -

I can’t even tell ya how deep this is. And it is shameful that some believers fault Mr. Lewis, for God knows what.

As far as the behaviour of men in a world gone sideways, an honest heart with no bias must conclude that indeed, God is true, and His word excellent, as He knows the end from the beginning.  And by the way, the sun is merely temporary.

Most excellent quote. I don’t recall ever hearing/reading that one. What a gifted intellect and powerful imagination.

That’s such a great quote from a great man, thanks for sharing it CS. Another favorite of mine is, “If I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world.”

That really opened my mind up to a whole new way of thinking.
