Near and dear

The mystery of the heavens is revealed in the common spiders web.

Enter God into the mix and the mystery crumbles in the face of revelation.  Truly as the good book sez: though He be not far from us.

As close as there is a spider to every human being on earth, God is even closer. He is uncommonly good that way. So then how dare we notice the magnificent engineering of the spider’s web, and not give heed to the Creator of the spider’s brain.

Not too smart. Stoopid even.    😉

Fascinating creatures. Glad we are too big to be what they eat.

  2. Aren’t spider webs incredible? There is nothing quite like the dew on a fresh web! I even like spiders themselves, unlike most of my family that just descends into a complete panic. Recently I was talking to a woman overcoming her fear of spiders who mentioned how you can speak life to them, command them to stop running towards you and to instead climb into the jar you have set out. It was very cute, she’s been on a spider catch and release hunt for a few months now. “Speaking life over the spiders,” I really liked that, because what she is actually doing is speaking life over her own fears, taking dominion over the spiders, leaning into the Lord and His word. He said we could take up serpents, cast out demons, and heal people, so handling a few little spiders should be child’s play. 🙂

Well, take all of the spiders away, and we would quickly see just how engineered all of this is.

Spiders both fascinate and gross me out. There is so much to them though as far as how they live, mate, eat, etc…Sometimes I think God puts the most complexity in to his topically less than pleasant creations so that it requires effort to experience the miraculous nature that lays beneath.
